[Savannah-hackers] Verifying identity of users, last resort: Google

Ok, this fellow couldn't provide any digital proof of identity, so I
did a Google search to see if his new email address is related somehow
to Free Software projects and I found many instances, so I think this
could be another way to verify identity as a last resource.
