I've just changed a file in CVS repository, in the webcvs/www directory
using 'anoncvs' account:
  [~/wrk/www/fsf]$ export address@hidden:/webcvs/www
  [~/wrk/www/fsf]$ cvs -z9 commit fsf.pl.html
  Checking in fsf.pl.html;
  /webcvs/www/www/fsf/fsf.pl.html,v  <--  fsf.pl.html
  new revision: 1.3; previous revision: 1.2
  done
cvs server: warning: cannot write to history file /webcvs/www/CVSROOT/history: Permission denied
[~/wrk/aa/www/fsf]$

It works! Seems that anyone using 'anoncvs' has rw access to GNU
webpages. See also:
  http://www.gnu.org/server/standards/README.Polish-translation.pl.html
which I commited by a mistake, this morning.
