Hello guys!

One question, where should Savannah-hackers forward problem reports
with the ftp-upload system?

A few seconds ago, I forwarded one to address@hidden but I wonder if
it should be forwarded to a different address.

Savannah-hackers: 
  Do we want to be in the Cc: when the sysadmins reply to the user, so
  we know that the issue has been handled ?
