[Savannah-hackers] Registration of new projects

Hello,

According to the "Newest Projects" section on the savannah homepage no
new projects have been approved since 27/11/03.
I haven't found a note anywhere - what are the reasons that no projects
are being rejected or approved anymore?

Is there an estimated date of when new registrations will be handled? (I
have registered three projects since then).
