[Savannah-hackers] Bugfix in Groups.pm

I am very proud to have spent 2 hours on a 7 characters fix :/

In Groups.pm, the script gave gpg all the GPG keys it read in the  
database one ofter the other, without separator, so if a user had not  
put an \n after its GPG key, it spoiled the next key.

I made the change directly in that file, not in the repository.
