[Savannah-hackers] savannah script

Hello,

it's me again.  I could not wait to automate some savannah process
through a script so i already wrote some parts.  I know it's not a big
contribution but, since it helps me, i'm sure it will help the average
user.  BTW, am i posting this at the right place or there's a mailing
list for this.
