A package was submitted to savannah.nongnu.org
This mail was sent to address@hidden, address@hidden

Gregory BECKER <address@hidden> described the package as follows:
License: gpl
Other License:
Package: gbgallerie
System name: gbgallerie
Type: non-GNU

Description:
I am developing a PHP project (gbgallerie) which should work with PHP5 and
powered by pear packages. I expected to use sourceforge on which I have already
registered my project but recently events forced me to choose savannah instead.
I just need a cvs and a few disk space to developp this project. Any demos that
I will setup in the future will be stored on my own website.

Project License :
All files included in this project are under the GNU/GPL License.

Project description :
gbgallerie is a photo gallerie to organize, publish, share your own photos. It
supports multi-users and right management (simple way or unix-like) on albums.
You can apply copyright mark on the each photo (automaticaly) as well as
generate thumbnail/low resolution format from the original.
The project is designed to be stored an a simple web hosting and not to take
the whole CPU activity during image manipulations (as it generally happens when
resizing 50 photos at one time).
I hope to be able to finish one of my favorite features that is the
auto-updater. Available only for admin users, it will be called to automaticaly
update script to its last version (updating php files as well as database
tables, etc...).

Project requirements for users :
- PHP5 (because i'm using try/catch a lot)
- Any database supported by pear::db package
- Gd 1/2 or netpbm or imageMagik

I expect to finish it when a PHP5 stable version will be available and when it
will be installed on the majority of web hosting.

Other Software Required:
All developers that are currently working on the project uses their own
computer. We do not need PHP5 installed on your servers.

Other Comments:
Long life to savannah ! ;)
