[Savannah-hackers] CVS eMail notifications

Hello,

since the write access to the CVSROOT directory is still forbidden it's
not possible to enable eMail notifications for CVS commits.

I've found an entry of someone mentioning to provide enabling/disabling such
a feature via HTTP but I assume that no one has yet found some time to code
it?
