Hrrm.. that is puzzling.  The project seems to have been active at some point, 
so I'm wondering this was gotten around in '02 (?)..

I've attached a patch we can use (which should apply cleanly to shadow) to 
allow user/group names that begin with numerics.

The `user/group name must match [a-z_][a-z0-9_-]*' is just a policy AFAIK, so 
it shouldn't break anything.

Projects beginning with a digit are not handled properly, because groupadd 
refuses to create such groups. 3dldf was also not properly installed.

Currently 7pages also lacks a '7pages' group (web7pages exists), a cvs and 
webcvs repository, etc :/

For some reason the `7pages' project doesn't have a download area (not even an 
empty one).  I don't know why, though (I will have a look).

Anyhow, you will need to contact the people behind the `7pages' project, as 
they are the ones who run the project.
