I've tried several times in the past few hours to do a "cvs update" on Savannah, but it isn't working. Here are the symptoms: bash-2.05a$ cvs update ssh: connect to address 199.232.41.3 port 22: Connection refused cvs [update aborted]: end of file from server (consult above messages if any) bash-2.05a$ telnet savannah.gnu.org 22 Trying 199.232.41.3... telnet: Unable to connect to remote host: Connection refused
