[Savannah-hackers] Savannah Projects Approval

Great. I would like Savannah to host the project for developing
a webapplication for presenting granted software patents, and
debugging patentoffices practice (Package: Patent WIKI site
System name: ziki ).

Latest demo version of the webapplication is running at
http://gauss.bacon.su.se/sql

I have a tentative agreement with FFII (www.ffii.org) that they will
supply servers and maintainence for running the application itself.
