[Savannah-hackers] Add sync for project `rpm2html'

Hello Sysadmin's,

Could you please add a sync for the `rpm2html' project (non-GNU)?  It's
a new project which has just been approved, but I would rather have the
sync set up now, ready for the project admin to start using when the
project is created on the system.
