Indeed, it has to do with the way Savane generate the FAQ urls.

Since we had quite some work the past few months, and still have, we
let the HTML validation tasks at the end of our tasks queue; I hope
you will forgive us, but this won't be fixed in the near future
(unless you want to help us fix it ;)).

Thanks for the report.

Maybe I'll remove this FAQ item meanwhile.
