| Hi,
| I'm reviewing the project that you submitted at Savannah.

emulator. It aims to be an extention to x protocol. There are three
programs; ds, draws windows and generally handles input; WS, controls
windows and handles just about everthing else. In the future this will
look like an X server; TS, handles shell characters.

some code. The project is currently hosted by sourceforge.net and I've
come to disagree with some of there views. Also, their web-site is just
really slow and frustrating to get around. I'd like to move the project
here.

| I checked out the latest CVS version of hgterm. I did not find a copy of
| GPL v2 license. Also, all files larger than 10 lines should include
| copyright and permission-to-copy notices. But you have not made any
| releases; so, I guess, it may not matter much right now. Please see
| http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-howto.html for more information.
|
| Otherwise, I approve your project as non-GNU.
|
| Sylvain, could you mark this project as Active?
|
| Regards,

| Ok, I've made added the full GNU GPL v2 text as well as notices on every
