Sorry, I forgot to point out that I saw some references to "open
source" at testing.donorge.org - hence why I added this notice.

It is just part of the explaination free software vs. open source.
I first rejected your project because jpgraph was released under the
QPL *plus non-commercial restriction*, btw.
