[Savannah-hackers] dangling project

Dear Savannah hackers,

Few weeks  ago,  I corrected the  source code  of one  of your project
(libaa - #4251). However, it seems to be a dangling project: the email
address  of  the project admin  is   incorrect and thus  he  cannot be
contacted.

Is there a procedure to change the membership of a project without the
acknowledgment of the project admin or Do I have to fork the project ?
