[Savannah-hackers] Please process the upgraded file avr-libc-1.0.5.tar.bz2

Hello,

I've updated the file [incoming/savannah/avr-libc/]
avr-libc-1.0.5.tar.bz2 in the upload area of the FTP server (plus, of
course, the corresponding GPG signature).  The reason is that the
previous tarball was missing a few files (I forgot to run
autoconf/automake before shipping).  Alas, it seems the upload manager
refuses to overwrite existing files. :-(

The FAQ entry keeps promising we'd get an upload manager some day...
Until it's there, please manually update the file, as there is no way
for me as the project manager to do it.
