You have to added the Copyright and License Notices to all the files
with more than ten lines long, and replace the '(c)'(with a lower case
c) for a '(C)'(with an upper case C).

You have to put the complete License Notices of the GNU GPL, not just
the first paragraph.

If you are willing to make the changes mentioned above, please provide
us with an URL to an updated tarball of your project.  Upon review, we
will reconsider your project for inclusion in Savannah.
