You have a little problem,and it's that the Copyright Notices should
go at the beginning of every file and just before the License Notices,
this means that you have to move the Copyright Notices to the
beginning of the file.

If you are willing to make the changes mentioned above, please provide
us with an URL to an updated tarball of your project.  Upon review, we
will reconsider your project for inclusion in Savannah.
