Summary:  need pspp-cvs admin password

Original Submission:  The pspp-cvs list was set up yesterday to receive CVS 
commit messages.  I was set up as the list admin.  However, I don't have the 
list admin password.  Currently every commit message is bouncing to the list 
owner, because the list is set up to bounce non-members, so that needs to be 
fixed somehow and I can't do it without the admin password.
