I am the author of billnet http://savannah.nongnu.org/projects/billnet/ and it 
seems I am not able to update the news section.

I am waiting indefinetely for 

"News Posted: it will need to be approved by a news manager of this project 
before it shows on the project front page."

Is it a known problem?
