Apparently there is an issue in the project creation process, and the regular
sync to www.nongnu.org is not setup.



Unfortunately the Savannah hackers do not have access to www.nongnu.org so I
cannot investigate the issue straight away.



I asked Jim, the FSF system administrator to have a look at it asap. If
within 48h, the issue is not investigated yet, I will manually activate the
sync.

I have made a CVS commit to create/update a homepage for ICEL in
http://www.nongnu.org/icel/ but seems that it doesn't update. Does it have a
long update time or is there other issue?
