At Savannah right now, it is 17h21, and your key was update at 15h36 today.
Your key looks corretly replicated. However, you should check whether it
wasn't truncated, the key lacks its 3rd part (although that 3rd part is only
a comment, usually 'address@hidden', I rarely see a key w/o it).
I have no knowledge that Cron have been down btw.
