Follow-up Comment #2, sr #104012 (project administration):
Despite of "<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>"
browsers detects "ISO-8859-1" encoding, but pages can be readable only in
"ISO-8859-5".
It will be very useful to select interface language (english is ok in all
encodings) in profile.
