Hi,

This is a decision from the Savane team to hide the webcvs link if the
URL used as homepage is not exactly the default one - that a priori
means that the project hosts its webpages somewhere else and hence
does not use webcvs.

I guess it's time I complain again ;) to change this back.

Meanwhile, if you set your homepage to
"http://www.gnu.org/software/grub/";, it will work as expected again.
