[Savannah-help-public] Error 553 when uploading on FTP

I have started moving my txt2xhtml project from Sourceforge to Savannah.
I've succesfully uploaded txt2xhtml-0.0.1.tar.gz and
txt2xhtml-0.0.2.tar.gz, but when I try to upload txt2xhtml-0.1.0.tar.gz,
I get the following error message:

put: Brak dostepu /* something like "permission denied" */: 553 Could
not create file. (txt2xhtml-0.1.0.tar.gz)

I suppose it may be caused by the interruption of an earlier upload of
this file and there may be now some part of this file which is prevented
from being overwritten.
