Details:
Hi, can you please do chmod a+x *.test,v on the (two) files in the
texinfo/util directory? They need to be executable for automake to run them,
and unfortunately were initially added without the x bit set. As far as I've
been able to tell, it's not possible for me to change this from the outside,
it has to be done at the repository.
