Follow-up Comment #1, sr #105218 (project administration):

Could you PLEASE correct the problem with the axiom-mail email list?

1) We are not able to administer this list any more. The administrator
addresses are incorrect.

2) Mail from non-subscribers (mostly spam) is being distributed to list
subscribers.

3) The send filters are no longer working.

4) Subscribers are not able to modify there subscriptions.

There may be other problems. Please  help.
