[Savannah-help-public] cvs commit emails

Hi,

Recently the cvs commit script was updated to include the actual patch
in the message sent to our mailinglist commit-classpath. This is not
very convenient for our project. All our patches are already posted and
discussed on our patches mailinglist. The commit-classpath list is only
used as automatic verification of what went into cvs at which time. We
also have a couple of branches which get merged from time to time,
whenever that happens a multi megabyte message is posted on
commit-classpath. And we use the commit-classpath messages to
automatically add notes to our bugzilla reports. These notes used to be
small, but are now much too large since they not only include the cvsweb
urls but also the whole cvs diff.

Could we get the old behaviour back where the commit-classpath message
only contains the cvsweb urls but not the whole cvs diff?

Thanks,
