Details:
Our lists.gnu.org was blacklisted again,
and maybe some changes to the defaults could help in the future.
It seems to me that setting respond_to_post_requests=no by default would
help, together with admin_immed_notify=yes.
Some of the GNU projects have listhelper at gnu dot org as a moderator, which
helps a lot dealing with spam.
This has proven to work well in practice, reducing the amount of handwork
required to deal with spam sensibly.
Maybe it could be made a default?
