Hi,

When I copy my public key to your account, it works:
cvs -d:ext:address@hidden:/web/fsfe co -d fsfe .

Here's the content of your .ssh/authorized_keys:
ssh-dss
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
 address@hidden

Something is puzzling me: if you just got your access and it never
worked, how did you perform the initial checkout in ~/fsfe on your
local computer?

What parameters are you using? Is the host cvs.savannah.gnu.org (not
savannah.gnu.org)?
