[Savannah-help-public] Mailman still down?

A thread on December 16, 2007, mentioned there'd been a telco failure 
affecting the Savannah mailing lists, and that there's be a substantial 
delay to process backlog.

The epix-users and epix-devel lists seem still to be unavailable today 
(December 31), and have been since at least December 24. Are these issues 
perhaps related?

Separately, is it possible for me to delete the now out-of-date messages 
I've posted?
