[Savannah-help-public] Can't access CVS - Permission denied (publickey)

I'm a groff developer with a long-standing account at Savannah.

Yesterday, while trying to checkout the groff sources, I received,
for the first time, the following:

    Permission denied (publickey).
    cvs [checkout aborted]: end of file from server (consult above messages if
any)

I understand that this is an ssh problem, but none of the
recommendations for overcoming it have had any effect. I generated
a new public key with

    ssh-keygen -t dsa

and listed it in my account; 24 hours later, I am still unable to
gain access to the repository.

The only change I've made on my side since my last successful
checkout is that I've upgraded my openssh-client (Debian) to verion
1:4.7p1-2.

Here's the output from:

    cvs -t -d:ext:address@hidden/cvsroot/groff co groff

-----begin output-----
-> main: Session ID is r6wQROxYNC4HqrOs
  -> main loop with CVSROOT=/cvsroot/groff
  -> safe_location( where=(null) )
  -> open_connection_to_server
(:ext:address@hidden/cvsroot/groff)
 -> Starting server: ssh -l PTPi cvs.savannah.gnu.org cvs server
Permission denied (publickey).
cvs [checkout aborted]: end of file from server (consult above
messages if any)
------end output------

And here's the output from

    ssh -v address@hidden

-----begin output-----
