Beuc, thank you for deleting the pending account.

Before giving more information about this problem I would like to call your
attention to sr #106080[0], which is the same problem I described.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1 - Click the 'New User' link and fill out the form
1.1 - The password should be something like: "#$#&DGdfg3$%"#!"#!"
2 - Wait for the confirmation email
3 - Visit the link present on the confirmation email and fill out the form
(username and password)

Now, I also find it hard to believe it's because of special characters, but
since there was already an open support ticket about a similar problem, I
though that was the reason.
