Details:

There seems to be a large backlog of submitted projects waiting for approval,
currently numbering about 100 (Including one of my own projects). Some tasks
do seem to have progress happening, i.e. there are discussions on them,
however a large number of submissions are long past the date they should have
been finished on, and have not had any progress (Status='none', not assigned
to anyone, no comments etc.). This means quite a number of people's projects
have been stalled. This is quite important as it is likely to cause people to
turn away from savannah. (I myself am now contemplating using Sourceforge,
since I cannot make use of savannah...)
