[Savannah-help-public] impossible connection to cvs repository

Hello,

I'm a developer of the project 'sdx' ("XML repository / search engine").
Today, it's impossible to connect to the cvs repository, web interface
is down too.

I tried :

cvs -d:ext:address@hidden:/cvsroot/sdx

cvs -d:ext:address@hidden:/sources/sdx

I always have the error :
cvs [ls aborted]: connect to cvs.sv.gnu.org(199.232.41.69):2401 failed:
Connection refused

Do you know what is the problem here, please ?
