Details:

When submitting a support request the popup shows:


New item posted (sr #xxxxx) CC added. Mail sent to Myfirstname Mylastname
&lt;address@hidden&gt;, address@hidden


I don't know how this submission will look when submitted so I'll describe
the issue: The address@hidden part is surrounded by lt; and gt; html entities
instead of the < and > characters.
