[Savannah-help-public] Savannah outage?

Hi there,

I cannot currently use savannah.nongnu.org

On the web site (https://savannah.nongnu.org/projects/certi)
I get the following message
Failed to connect to database: Can't connect to MySQL server on '10.1.0.101' (4)
Please contact as soon as possible server administrators address@hidden
Until this problem get fixed, you will not be able to use this site.


And when trying to update a [cvs] Savannah hosted source tree:

[...]
 -> Starting server: ssh -l erk cvs.sv.nongnu.org cvs server
ssh_exchange_identification: Connection closed by remote host
cvs [update aborted]: end of file from server (consult above messages if any)
