Details:
The link sent by Savannah to cancel an account email change does not work; it
generates a broken form and gives warnings about undefined variables. For
example:
https://savannah.nongnu.org/my/admin/change.php?item=email&confirm_hash=d9c352bd1ceaee9e&step=discard
Looking at the code
<http://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/savane-cleanup.git/tree/frontend/php/my/admin/change.php>,
there is code to accept form submissions for the "discard" step but not to
generate the form in the first place. The "discard" step needs to be split
into two steps, like "confirm" and "confirm2".
A simple workaround is to change the "discard" in the original link to
"confirm" and then change the hidden field of the generated form from
"confirm2" to "discard" with a tool such as Firebug.
