Details:

As the subject says, please make it so that patches to the
sftp://bzr.sv.gnu.org/srv/bzr/emacs/emacs-23 branch also get sent to
emacs-diffs.
And while you're at it, you can remove `pending' from the branches so
tracked.

PS: I wish where was a way to make those changes ourselves.
