Hello,
One of the things I plan to do with my (objectify) project is to
integrate it into other software, for example I am planning on
creating a version of wget integrated with my code. Is it okay to
copy the wget source code into my project (I assume it is GPL'd)?
Another thing I have been planning to do is to integrate it with a
compiler project I worked on several years ago. I created a compiler
from, what was then known as, SmallEiffel (the GNU Eiffel compiler).
After I made my fork they renamed it to SmartEiffel:
http://smarteiffel.loria.fr/. I was wondering if it would be okay to
add that code to my Objectify project? It is GPLv2. However, I don't
believe the documentation with has a license specified. I could leave
the documentation out if that is a problem.
Thanks for any advice.
