Details:

Per: http://savannah.gnu.org/maintenance/UsingGit
all you have to do is:
> # initial publication to the 'master' branch
> git push --all address@hidden:/srv/git/project.git

$ git push --all address@hidden:/srv/git/complexity.git
fatal: '/srv/git/complexity.git' does not appear to be a git repository
fatal: The remote end hung up unexpectedly

So, what do I need to do to start/init this repo?
