Details:

Here are the symptoms.  It was working yesterday, so I expect something has
gotten messed up with the bzr installation on savannah.


$ bzr branch bzr+ssh://address@hidden/emacs/trunk 
bzr: WARNING: bzrlib version doesn't match the bzr program.
This may indicate an installation problem.
bzrlib is version 2.1.2 from /usr/lib/python2.6/dist-packages/bzrlib
bzr is version 2.5.0 from /usr/bin/bzr
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/bin/bzr", line 114, in <module>
    library_state = bzrlib.initialize()
AttributeError: 'module' object has no attribute 'initialize'
ConnectionReset reading response for 'BzrDir.open_2.1', retrying
bzr: WARNING: bzrlib version doesn't match the bzr program.
