Follow-up Comment #9, sr #108243 (project administration):

Tried approving it, but I don't receive an email.  I am sure that I am doing
something incorrect.  But the documentation that you provided
(http://savannah.gnu.org/maintenance/ApprovingSubmission) returns 503 right
now, so I cannot check the documentation to see the process.
