Follow-up Comment #4, sr #108176 (project administration):
In general, projects shouldn't be removed, no matter how old they may be,
unless the project is actually rehosted at another public repository.
savannah.gnu.org/maintenance/RemovingProject discusses a bit (in the usual
confused way; the "I" there is Sylvain ...).
