Details:

I'm working with a graphical open-source simulator that browses the name of
the fed file, using
_rtia.createFederationExecution(_federationName,
fedFile.asFile().toURI().toURL());
When the first federate is launched in the same computer where the rtig is
launched, it works perfectly.

But when the rtig is launched in a computer m1 and the 1st federate is
launched in a computer m2 (with CERTI_HOST=m1), then the rtig takes as fed
name the name with the full-path-address, and it cannot find it in the m1's
tree.
I tried lanching rtig in m1 (linux) and 1st federate in m2 (windows) and
vice-versa (rtig in m2 and federate in m1).
If I use a c++ federate where the name of the federation and fed file are
hard-coded, and launch in the same computer as rtig, it also works.

Federate on linux, rtig on windows:
New federation: SimpleProducerConsumer
Looking for FOM file...
   Trying... /users/home/demo/SimpleProducerConsumer.fed --> cannot access.
   Now trying...C:\Documents and Settings\card\share\federations\/users/home/
demo/SimpleProducerConsumer.fed --> cannot access.
   Now trying...c:\Program Files\CERTI
3.4.0\\share\federations\/users/home/demo/SimpleProducerConsumer.fed -->
cannot access.
   Now trying...C:/Program
Files/CERTI\share\federations\/users/home/demo/SimpleProducerConsumer.fed -->
cannot access.
Next step will fail
CERTI RTIG exiting.

Federate on windows, rtig on linux:
