Details:

Savannah documentation/SshAccess

I think that ssh vcs.savannah.gnu.org should be ssh
address@hidden

The command ssh -vvv does not seem to exist

Savannah documentation/ UsingGit

Browser: Mozilla/Firefox 40.0.2 is unable to access:
git://git.sv.gnu.org/gslip.git
ssh://git.sv.gnu.org/srv/git/gslip.git

 http://git.sv.gnu.org/gitweb/ does not load

git ...project.git my guess is that this is the same as myproject in the URL
descriptions. I think the names should be consistent.

My guess is that you mean username and not user.name
git config --global user.name "Your Name Comes Here"

My guess is that you mean address@hidden instead of
address@hidden and I don't know what use.email is by my email doesn't work.
git config --global user.email address@hidden
