But git:// is the anonymous checkout read-only protocol. To push you must use the authenticated ssh:// protocol. Here is the docs on the URL for member cloning. https://savannah.gnu.org/git/?group=gcl Note that address@hidden:/srv/git/gcl.git and ssh://address@hidden:/srv/git/gcl.git are identical but simply alternate forms of the same URL. You can change your upstream URL without re-cloning with: git remote set-url origin ssh://address@hidden/srv/git/project.git Hope this helps. I am going to close the ticket but feel free to respond.
