Start at the Savannah project page:

Select the [Source code] link from the navigation menu.

https://savannah.nongnu.org/projects/lwip/#devtools

Select [Source Code Manager: Git Repository] from the list.  Find yourself at
this page:

https://savannah.nongnu.org/git/?group=lwip

It contains this content:

Getting a Copy of the Git Repository

Note: this group has multiple Git repositories.

Anonymous clone:

lwIP - A Lightweight TCPIP stack
git clone git://git.savannah.nongnu.org/lwip.git

Unnamed repository; edit this file 'description' to name the repository.
git clone git://git.savannah.nongnu.org/lwip/lwip-contrib.git
Member clone:

lwIP - A Lightweight TCPIP stack
git clone address@hidden:/srv/git/lwip.git

Unnamed repository; edit this file 'description' to name the repository.

Note that the "Unnamed repository;" in the above is a separate bug. It should
read the description. The cron that gathers up the descriptions is apparently
broken in the migration to the new web server. It is on our list to fix. When
fixed it will show the correct description.
