Follow-up Comment #3, sr #109271 (project administration):

I am only going to say that while I can recreate the error the source of the
problem is defeating me. As I look at the server configuration this looks like
it should be working. But obviously it is not. So just logging this here as
feedback that the digging into this problem continues.
